I got rid of my desk chair back in college and have used a stability ball ever since. I love it because it makes me think about my posture, which even as a fitness strength training coach I have poor posture so it's something I am always working at. sitting in a chair has my back killing after just 20 minutes.
I also love resistance bands at my desk so if I have a few minutes I can have mini workouts.
