Hi Guys,

Thanks for joining me, I'm very excited to finally get a new site up. Still some tweaks and I'm sure typos to correct but thanks to Cynthia and Saun you guys did it!!

This year has started out really busy with the release of my new book "SEXY in 6" and the soon to be released video's 6 Minute QuickBlast- Total Body Calorie Blast and Fat Burner. I hope everyone gets a chance to check them out. I truly put my heart and soul in to these products and met some amazing women who you can see on my website.

At the end of this month I'll be going on a book tour to visit some new cities that I've never visited before. As the dates and venues get confirmed I will of course let you know. A tentative schedule is Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, Chicago, Dallas, Denver and Minneapolis.

Tomorrow I'm a guest on ABC-radio networks and my favorite friend Jesse Dylan "The Good Life Show". I'm glad it's radio not TV at 5:50am in the morning. Thank god no one can see me, it's not a preety site!!
